A few things to know.

How do I request a first appointment?

Visit our appointment page for the available ways to get in touch. Dr. Sam will follow up to discuss your pet’s needs and arrange a time.

Do you visit my area?

Dr. Sam serves Northern and Central New Jersey. Visits elsewhere in New Jersey may be considered by request, depending on location and availability. All visits are within New Jersey only. Include your town and address in your request, or call (862) 977-3215, so we can confirm whether a visit is possible.

What care is available?

See the full list of mobile services. For a pet other than a dog, call or email Dr. Sam to discuss care.

Is my appointment confirmed when I submit a request?

Not yet. Dr. Sam will contact you to discuss your pet’s needs, confirm your location, and arrange a visit time. Your appointment is confirmed once the practice has contacted you.

What should I have ready for a home visit?

Have your pet’s veterinary records, vaccination history, and a list of medications and supplements available. Choose a quiet space, keep a leash or carrier nearby, and let Dr. Sam know about any handling concerns ahead of time.

Can I ask about the cost before booking?

Of course. Call or text (862) 977-3215 to discuss the care your pet needs and ask about pricing before arranging a visit.

Can I request an emergency visit through the website?

Home visit requests are for non-emergency care. For an emergency, contact an open emergency veterinary hospital directly. The appointment form and email are not monitored for emergencies.
